The candidate will be responsible for up scaling the compliance function in the Abu Dhabi branch. Previously it has been outsourced to an external provider, but as they are now at seven brokers they need someone in house. <;p>;<;em>;As one of the highly regarded banks in the region, they have offices in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Oman and the UAE. They offer investment banking products across: across Corporate Finance, Asset management, Private Equity and Brokerage. The brokerage business is growing rapidly and there is now a need for an in house compliance person. <;/em>;<;/p>;<;p>;As an experienced compliance manager you will have at least five years experience and be fluent in written and spoken Arabic. Experience dealing in a brokerage compliance environment is a must as well as the capacity to deal with a fast moving team with trades in excess of 250 per day.
