A Senior FP&A Analyst for the Dubai Branch of a Global Insurer <;p>;<;b style="">;Who They Are<;/b>;<;/p>; <;p class="Text" style="">;They are a global insurer and this role will be based in their Dubai office.<;/p>; <;p class="Text" style="">;<;b style="">;What You Will Be Doing<;/b>;<;/p>; <;p class="Text" style="">;This role presents a unique opportunity to play an instrumental role in the start-up and development of an embryonic global FP&amp;A team.<;/p>; <;p class="Text" style="">;This key role will see you:<;/p>; <;p class="Text" style="margin-left: 0.5in;">;&bull;&nbsp;Playing a critical role in the development of a relatively new FP&amp;A function;<;/p>; <;p class="Text" style="margin-left: 0.5in;">;&bull;&nbsp;Providing timely, accurate and relevant management information to support financial planning decisions;<;/p>; <;p class="Text" style="margin-left: 0.5in;">;&bull;&nbsp;Preparing the monthly and quarterly management information packs for 8 entities;<;/p>; <;p class="Text" style="margin-left: 0.5in;">;&bull;&nbsp;Coordinating and supporting the quarterly forecast, annual budget and medium term planning processes for all key financial measures and metrics;<;/p>; <;p class="Text" style="margin-left: 0.5in;">;&bull;&nbsp;Dealing with ad hoc queries from Country Managers, Business Partners and the Executive Management team;<;/p>; <;p class="Text" style="margin-left: 0.5in;">;&bull;&nbsp;Driving various projects<;/p>; <;p class="Text" style="">;<;b style="">;Who They Are Looking For<;/b>;<;/p>; <;p class="Text" style="">;You will ideally be:<;/p>; <;p class="Text" style="margin-left: 0.5in;">;&bull;&nbsp;Qualified accountant or passed finalist with general or commercial insurance experience;<;/p>; <;p class="Text" style="margin-left: 0.5in;">;&bull;&nbsp;At least 3-5 years experience in a FP&amp;A / performance improvement / financial transformation / MI modeling role;<;/p>; <;p class="Text" style="margin-left: 0.5in;">;&bull;&nbsp;Experience using an ERP such as SAP, Hyperion, Cognos, Oracle<;/p>;<;p>;Self-starter with a project and results-driven attitude<;/p>;
